What we have come to learn after over 200 hours of one on one coaching, is that our deep disconnection from self and others has led to an epidemic of depression, loneliness, addiction, violence and increased rates of suicide and terminal illness.
It can be hard to reach out for help, there is a fair bit of stigma around it, we get it! So making the decision to get help usually means there is something significant going on in your life. However, there doesn’t always need to be something ‘wrong’. Sometimes you might just feel like something is missing, like you’re ‘off track’ or feeling ‘lost’ and need some guidance to get you feeling great again. Whatever it is, having someone to guide you is an absolute advantage. There are some things in life we just don’t get taught how to deal with!
