I just attended Carol’s Awaken, Evolve, Emerge retreat and words can’t express the gratitude I have for this weekend and the gold I discovered within myself and also within the other women I shared the weekend with. Carol creates such a sacred and safe space so that the masks can come off and walls can come down in a safe, warm, non-judgemental environment.  Carol provides amazing teaching and guidance so that you come away with some tools to continue the process after the weekend.
I highly recommend this weekend for ALL women.
